Basic Action Super Heroes!

Hey guys:

These questions are more about how you record stuff on the character sheet.

Omnipotence: If I have a character with 20 points worth of Omnipotence - is that Omnipotence 4, 20 Pts. or is that Omnipotence 20, 20 Pts.

What counts as levels of Weapon Technique. I know that this is correct:

Weapon Technique 2 (Unarmed, +1 Hit, +1 Damage), 2 Pts.

If I upgrade the unarmed to all HTH combat, does that count as Weapon Technique 3? Or does it stay at Weapon Technique 2 (the same way that adding Range or Area to a Special Attack doesn't modify the actual level).

This one I can actually answer, as I asked this before myself. It's Omnipotence 20, 20 points. The costs for cosmic scale are bought in groups of 5 levels. I'm not sure if Life & Time & Space are 2 points per level though, as their base is 10+

No those are also 5 points per level- they just have a MINIMUM of 10 levels to buy.

Omnipotence 3, 15 pts.
