How much continual cold damage would you think air temperatures between 0 and minus 80 Celsius would be?

Probably x1-x3.

I'd have it build over time. Like the first hour it is x1, second hour x2, third hour and on it is x3. Warm clothing negates this damage caused by the ambient temperature.

So a typical non-super won't last an hour without warm clothing, but with it, they'd be fine. That's at 0 and a bit below. Not sure how bad -80 Celcius would be though.
