How do you build: Electrical Disruption?

Hey guys:
I'm trying to model a character that disrupts electronic devices by "ghosting" through them. Does this work?
Energy Disruption: Continual Damage 5 (Enhancement: Linked to Ghost Form 3, Enhancement: Extra Effect vs. Electronics, Enhancement: Affects Solid Objects, Limitation: Only vs. electronics, Limitation: Must remain in phased contact with Target), 8 pts.
What do you think?
Best,

Can he use ghost form when not disrupting electronics? If so, they need to be seperate, not linked powers.
I'd buy Ghost Form and then seperately buy Daze [Affects Machines] <Only>. The "skin" of the power is that you are ghosting through the electronics when you touch them, but you don't have to be in ghost form to use it (so you could for instance, ghost your hand through it and daze the machine).

Hey BASHMAN,
That makes sense, and it's simpler. Question, though. How would a daze attack affect an electronic device? Let's say this character is fighting a foe with a laser rifle. He ghosts through the rifle. Conceptwise, the rifle should short out or stop working. Systemwise, what happens? I can see how the Daze would work on a computer, android, vehicle, or character wearing a power armor suit. Those all have Mind. How would you rule on toasters, laser guns, and DVD players? Do you just assume a Mind 1? Mind 0?
Best,

Up to you- but Mind 1 or 0 seems fair.
