Pg. 22
Body Slam- Add: Unlike other wrestling moves, you do not have to have an opponent Grabbed before you perform a body slam- you can ram into them from a distance.

Also:
2ND PARAGRAPH, 2ND TO LAST SENTENCE.

IT READS:
"IF YOU LOSE, YOU TAKE THE DIFFERENCE IN DAMAGE (OR YOUR ROLL, WHICHEVER IS LESS), EXCLUDING YOUR MOMENTUM BONUS (IT HURTS MORE WHEN YOU RUN INTO A BRICK WALL THAN WHEN YOU WALK INTO ONE)."

CHANGE THE WORD "EXCLUDING" TO "INCLUDING".

PAGE 8. ADD THE FOLLOWING IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE ENTRY ON "DECEPTION" SKILL.

DOMESTIC: ANYBODY CAN COOK AND CLEAN FOR THEMSELVES. THIS SKILL
INDICATES YOU ARE GOOD ENOUGH TO BE A PROFESSIONAL CHEF, OR A
SERVANT FOR A LARGE HOUSEHOLD.

I am still not sure how to do Multipower.

The first (most expensive) power costs the same, plus one for the additional power. I got that.
Is a multipower limited to one extra power, or can you lump on several, at a cost of 1 pt. per additional power?
If you add advantages to the additional powers, do you have to pay for them in addition to the 1 pt?

The way I have been doing it thus;

The most expensive power determines the base cost and maximum any power within it can cost.

Each power add costs 1 point.
2 points if they are from a different group (Combat and Mental for example)

Each power must be defined within the multipower, so I find it best to build them separately first and then bunch them into a pool.

This is a rules question, not Errata. This should be its own thread.

Amazon Archetype, page 113:

Martial Arts Mastery 2 [Enhancements: Variable, All Hand-to-Hand] 4pts

Should that be Weapon Technique instead of Martial Arts Mastery? If it was really trying to apply Variable to Martial Arts Mastery, the extra point would just give her all five anyway without needing to swap them around. And "All Hand-to-Hand" seems a bit of a stretch for what MAM seems to be intended to do.

Page 119 - Stellar Sentinel archetype
Offensive Multi-power; 6pts
Source Energy Attack: Special Attack • 4 [Enhancement: Variable, Limitation: No effect on the Anti-Source]
Telekinesis 5 [Limitation: No • effect on the Anti-Source]
Conjuration 5 [Limitation: All things • made of the Power Source
This should currently cost 8 points, instead of 6. It has a 4 point base slot, and the two alternate slots are from other categories so they cost 2 points each.

However, Bashman added the following note:
However, in the Awesome Powers book, it will say that any power from the same Suite counts as if they are in the same category for Multi-Powers (but that's not out yet).
So if Special Attack, Telekinesis and Conjuration end up all being in a Suite, the listed 6 points would actually become a legal point cost.

Page 48: Illusion

Add the following text to the end of the first paragraph:

An illusion will last as long as it is in your line of sight; it will fade 3 pages after that. For longer illusions, see the Extended Duration enhancement. As a 1pt Enhancement you can create a “triggered” illusion that lasts for 3 pages after a certain contingency is met; i.e. an illusion of a ghost that appears when someone enters the graveyard, etc.

Illusion - how many aspects?

Post by -HF-Aardvark892 »

I put this in the Errata thread because it may be a misprint, or at least a character made incorrectly.

On pg.109, the Chameleon character is listed as having Illusion 4, with four aspects (tactile, visual, olfactory, auditory). The power itself (pg. 48) lists as being capable of only 3 aspects and a maximum of 3 points invested.

I hope the power is wrong... it seems right to me that tactile illusions would be possible... in fact you could do an illusion that is ONLY tactile. Imagine being able to spot the bad guy across the room and make him think someone just tapped his shoulder to distract him.

Of course, that example actually sounds more along the lines of telekinesis. Hmm. Bashman, whaddaya think?

Sounds appropriate to include Tactile. That must have been an error on my part in the Illusion write-up.

In the Brawler Archetype, shouldn't the one-two punch cost 2 points, not 1?

The name of the martial art Capoeira is misspelled in the book.

I am new to the world outside of the blockbuster RPGs and I don't know if anybody does this already, or even if that is doable from a logistics point of view, but I think it would be a huge boost to the PDF RPG market if people who bought the PDF could receive (if they are interested) a new version with all the errata included in the original text instead of in a bunch of separated PDFs.
