Mind Soak?

Does anything soak mental/psionic damage like mind spikes? Would mental/psionic damage be a candidate for Resistance/Immunity?

Mind soaks it- and Mind Shield would increase the amount you soak. Yes, you can be immune to it.

ok. that was a dumb question. thanks for getting back to me. it never occured to me to actually read Mind Spikes last night. duh 
but it's good to know that mental damage isnt too broad to be used for Resistance or Immunity.
