How do you calculate Cosmic power costs?

I've been over it again and again, and I just don't get it. Let's say that you have Time & Space. It's cost is 10+. What does that mean? Is it 10 points per level of the power? If so, how high can you take the power? None of the calculations or examples in the power were clear to me at all.

I had the same confusion myself.

it's 1 pt per level, but you are required to buy a minimum of 10 levels to start (or what ever cost is listed with that specific power)

Exactly. Cosmic powers are normally bought in 5 level increments, with Time & Space having a minimum cost of 10.

Remember enhancements add +1/5th to the cost and limitations reduce it by 1/5th as well. So having Time & Space 20 with a limitation on it would cost 16 pts.

Ok, thank you.
