Basic Action Super Heroes!

Can a character purchase the same Advantage 2 or more times?

I'm thinking about making a character that manipulates fate, so Dumb Luck looks like a great advantage to take. If he could do so multiple times, then even better!

I think that this is a great idea and would only "cost" the player 2 Disadvantages (like maybe Rogues Gallery x2 - YIKES!).

I'd allow it. It's the sort of thing I would leave up to the narrator though.
