Basic Action Super Heroes!

Sifting through the forums I came across a mention by Bashman about the Grimoire Advantage. Is this from Bash Fantasy?

"Take the Grimoire Advantage, and have that in his "sidebar" of spells to swap in for other things."

It sounds like exacly what I am looking for to write up a sorceress character for a player.
