When a Stat is Reduced to Zero!

Hello,

Could someone help with a rules question?

A hero got attacked by the Weaken power, he was hit succesfully and then he failed the roll of Weaken Vs his highest Stat. The Weaken Power was chosen to effect Agility reducing our hero to Zero Agility.

I assumed the following:
Their is no duration for weaken so i guess it lasts for the entire Scene as stated in the rules.
Zero Stats roll a single D6 with a 6 allowing him to roll again.

Providing i have the above correct and understand the power correctly, My question is regarding Movement. Is the Hero Immobile? I'm stuck on how to work this out.

That isn't how weaken works. It doesn't lower your stat multiplier. It imposes a Dice Penalty on your rolls for that stat. So if you have a Brawn of 3 and are hit by Weaken 3, you'd still roll x3 for Brawn rolls, but it would be -3 to whatever came up on the dice when you roll.

Also, Weaken says what happens regarding Agility & movement in the power's description.

I suggest rereading the power's description of how it works (page 46).

Crikey Bashman!
Yes, its quite plain in the rules. Mistook Dice Penalty for dice multiplyer. I feel a right noob! Sorry. (Was a "posting while at work" moment).
