How would they work and how would you charge a character for having them as a piece of equipment?
Thoughts?

But if he uses Martial Arts he won't get the bonus, cause they are a Special Attack. Hence my dilemma

Isn't brass knuckles listed as a weapon that does x1 damage? They'd get +5/10/15 result bonus based on Brawn. Their Weapon Technique power could of course, increase the DM.
A Narrator should probably allow the player to use the same bonus w/ Unarmed Attacks they get w/ the Brass Knuckles. So if they have Unarmed Technique 2: +2DM, and a Brawn of 2, they'd do x4 Dmg with a regular punch or x3+10 with the Brass Knuckles.

Thanks BASHMAN!
How much would they cost as a power/equipment?
1pt?

Ordinary weapons don't cost "points". Only special stuff does, like energy swords or laser blasters, which are covered by the rules. In the case of a "Brass Knuckles" you could make some sort of unobtainium knuckles or "inertia knuckles" etc that has the same effect (+1DM, costs 1pt). You can also have "special" equipment that has an enhancement on it- so these knuckles might have "Extra Effect vs. Armor" for 1 extra point.
