Involntary Change/ Normal question

This is similar to Alter Ego. Two separate form, though one of them is completely normal (Normal Disadvantage) . No difference in personality

Let's say the base form is a monster (built on 20 pts) , and involuntarily changes back to a human as a disadvantage

Does the normal human form get to be built on 20 points as well?

The normal human would only get stats up to 2 and only can take Intense Training powers. It is very unusual for normal people to have any powers at all.

What about Boost for specialists like Archers and the like?

I recall this discussion happening in another thread, but can't remember which one :(

I understand the limits of stats and what powers they would be able to take, but specifically I am curious as to whether the "normal" form would be built on the same number of points as the super form (in this case 20).

I know Alter Ego allows both forms to be built on the same number of points, but I didn't know if this particular build would work the same way.

Could you do the following:

1) Build the "normal" form with part of your points, say 12 pts.

2) Use remaining points to purchase powers with the Situational Limitation (only in Form X; Boost would help a lot here).

3) Take the disadvantage Involuntary Change.

This is all predicated upon the idea that the character retains all his memories and personality from one form to the next.
