Basic Action Super Heroes!

These guys are listed as having Tricky Style Martial Arts Mastery. But since they are minions and don't roll for defense how can that come into play?

I'd roll a d6 every time they are attacked unsuccessfully. On a "6" they retaliate. This works since "doubles" on 2d6 is also a 1-in-6 chance.
