help need with build a power

I am building a hero and I have run into a little trouble with one of the powers. I am making a Guyver/ Witchblade/ Venom type. He has the ablility to create guns, swords, spears, ect.. out of his suit. His suit is an alien morphing battle suit (liquid metal-ish). In addition he has a Guyver like chest blast. Here is what I have so
far.
Techno
Brawn 3 Agility 3 Mind 2 16pts
x5 Soak
Powers
Armor 2 (x5 Soak) 2pts
Danger Sense 2pts
Immunity 4 (Cold, Radiation, Suffocation, Vacuum) 4pts
Flight 4 (20 Squares) 4pts
Scan 3pts
Special Attack 5 (Variable) 6pts I am thinking this is the best way to make the create weapon ability.
Repulse Chest Blast: Special Attack 5 LINKED Push 5 (Limitation: Tiring) 10pts Not sure if this is right but I was thinking push but it doesn't do any damage except on knock-back. There isn't an enhancement for giving a special attack additional knock-back. It is suppose to be a super strong blast that tires the hero after it's use. How do I make it a cone effect?
Super-Senses 3 (Dark-vision) 2pts

Yep, the Special Attack is the best way to make weapons.
That Repulse Chest blast you built would only be 6 points (excluding what you put into Range & Area).
For a Cone, I do one of two things: 1. Close Range + Burst or Line. But you could make a new area type called Cone. I'd say a cone is 1/2 the size of Burst of equal dimensioins (cut it in half, making a triangle, it looks sort of like a step-pyramid) and the dimensions of a cones are as follows:
1pt = 3x3, 2pts = 6x6, 3pts = 12x12, 4pts = 20x20 area cone.

Cool! You should put that in Awesome Powers.

I want to be able to create Dual Pistols with the Special Attack 5. Would I have to buy this twice?

one way to do it is
8 special attack 5 point black rang cone (6) linked to special attack 5 (6) point black rang cone
this would give you two attacks aimed at the same target
so just pay the extra 2 pts to get it twice

I don't think having two pistols requires buying the power twice, I think it is mostly just a special effect. What you do need to buy is some way to represent the ability to fire them both. You could use Linked, but you're probably limited to two attacks on the same target. Other choices might include taking the Off Hand Shooting power, or maybe Super Speed 3 (possibly limited to firing your second weapon), or you put one level of Ricochet on your Special Attack and say the second attack is from a different gun, etc. And as Gryfn said, you can certainly add an area of effect to an attack and say it is a spray of bullets from your two weapons.
Not coincidentally, the average cost of most of those approaches will be 2 pts, and which solution is best might vary with your concept.

That is a very cool character that would give Iron Man a run for his money! But does he not qualify for the Normal Disad?

ok suffocation and vacuum are the same thing , also ion guard informs us that all we need to live in space is immunity suffixation and radiation
oh and off hand shooting is for if your using a real gun which you didn't pay points for.
and linked powers need to have the same advantages and disadvantaged so they would both need the med cone ect

Well isn't a vacuum low pressure? What would low pressure do to someone? I believe space is pretty cold after you get away from the sun.

yes it is its also amazingly hot in places , the real question is what should it cost to muck about in space and at 2pts that's 5 % of a 40 pt character i think that's plenty.

In the cosmic section of the UE rules it mentions needing Cold, Radiation and Suffocation for surviving in space (it also lists Starvation, but that depends on other things like how far you travel and how quickly you can get there, etc.) As Gryfn pointed out the new Ion Guard book (by another company) only requires Radiation and Suffocation.
Personally, I'm not convinced you need full Immunity to Radiation or Cold for survival in space, at least for comic book purposes. I don't think you have to be immune to the concentrated radiation blasts of a radiation Special Attack in order to survive the background radiation in space, for example. And while space is really cold (or hot, depending on amount of sunlight), in terms of comic book physics I'd distinguish between those environmental temperature extremes and the much more concentrated effect of heat/cold attack powers.
Immunity to suffocation would be needed for long term exposure, but I'd tend to say anyone with Resistance to Environmental Temperatures and Radiation is fine (half the cost of Immunity), and high brawn/soak characters (maybe 4, definitely 5) don't even need that to survive the environmental conditions in space (other than suffocation, of course). But that would be my own house rule.

Fair enough.

Resistance to Radiation & Cold would do it, I bet.
