Basic Action Super Heroes!

I have changed my view on the lower ranks after running the game long enough now.

While the 35 - 40 range is dynamic and powerful it is also over whelming sometimes.

I am in the process of converting my NPCs to the 25 - 30 point range (with a few over that for umph!) since I want more range and dynamic in my campaign

I stand a man converted... Hallelujah!

Oh and Lady A at 30 points still kicks butt

Yes just not as many as before when she could attack 4 times a page! Wow! Now just two, but two darn good ones
