When rolling to hit do I add my Mind to the TK level?

And for damage?

My understanding is that your attack multiplier is your Mind (not Mind + TK). And your damage multiplier is your TK rank (because it treats your TK rank as your effective Brawn for the damage).

If the character doesn't have a high Mind, you can use Boost Mind (With TK), although that is limited to a max of 5. The end result is that TK can be a nice attack power, but not as efficient (and with lower caps) than Special Attack, which is appropriate since it has so many more other uses.

Lindharin is correct.

TK isn't just a direct damage power- it's also incredibly useful for all manner of things. That's why it's on the "must have" list for most controllers.
