Jam Communications

How would you build a power that jams/ scrambles radio communications?

I would do it as "Radio Mastery 2 [Limit: Only Used to Jam Communications] 1pt.

Either that or make a new 1pt power called "Jamming" that has the same effect as above.

I was going to put rules for making your own powers in Awesome Power, but I think I'll put it in BAM#5 first!

I never would have thought to use Mastery for it. I was thinking Nullify, but I think Bashman's suggestion will do the trick. It is one of the things I came across trying to convert some M&M characters.
