Basic Action Super Heroes!

If a hero with the Summoning power uses it, he/she has to wait until the end of the page for the summoned thing to appear due to the concentration descriptor.

Does the summoned thing then act at the end of the panel? Or does it not actually do anything until the next page?

Also I would assume the concentration limitations are in effect until the hero ceases to use the Summoning power, correct?

Sorry I missed this one the first time around.

I would make it act the next Page myself, but I am not sure what the rules are it are.

I let it go on the end of the page it was summoned- having to delay till the end of the page is enough of a lag I think, and it doesn't say "the creature cannot do anything the page it is summoned". However, the Narrator should decide what's best for his/her game in this situation.
