Basic Action Super Heroes!

Question: the description of this Advantage mentions the Science and the Technology skills. Are both needed, or can a character do with one or the other (eg. would a Chemist need Technology if he just makes potions?)

Similarly, *must* the character have the actual skill, or would a default roll (presumably a good one) do?

As a Narrator, I'd insist that the person had at least Science or Technology. If the person just makes potions that might be more in line with Grimoire if we mean magic potions.

I meant chemical potions, but yes, that's a good idea for using Grimoire for Alchemist. Thanks!
