Vengeance Is Nigh's Speed Demon Armor Question

I was reading over Vengeance Is Nigh, and when I got to the character sheet for Speed Demon (on p30 of the PDF), I found myself a little confused as to how his Supernatural Protection power works (derived from the Armor power). He has 3 points in the power and 2 Brawn, so shouldn't it give him a x5 soak? At the top of his page, though, it says he only has a x2 soak, which is a straight Brawn check. I thought that perhaps it was a conditional power—i.e., that the armor bonus only kicks in against supernatural attacks—but I don't see any notation of the power having a limitation.

So I guess the question is, what am I missing here?

I think it must be a typo. If he has Armor 3, and Brawn 2, that would be x5 Soak.
