Targeting a weakness help!

Hi Guys,
Just coming up to what could be the end of my Bash Supers campaign.
One of the foes of the final season are some beings like Slenderman/Venom/Mr Fantastic. So they are going to be organic, regenerating foes who are nearly indestructible, called 'The Scratch'. The have a weakness which is a grapefruit sized object located in the chest cavity, which contains their essence.
I am seeing at they need to crack the shell to get to the nut.
How is the best way to handle this?
Regards,
Steve

Personally, if the players knew about this weakness, I would make it a called shot. Maybe increase the margin by 20 since its such a small object.
If they're not aware, you could perhaps say they win if they roll like 20 or 30 points above their defense roll, or maybe come up with a hit-location chart. You can find those in a lot of places online, and I don't imagine it would be that difficult to use one with bash since really all you normally do is roll on a chart to determine the location after they've confirmed a hit.
Just do a google search for 'hit location' and several different options will come up. I'd say the one for GURPs might do best if you don't have a d20, but if you do the one for DnD looks particularly detailed, including having you roll on a second more precise chart if your first roll indicated a torso hit.
Then again, a hit location chart might not be the best option since if you're rolling an extra time every time they hit, and if you're using something other than 2d6, they'd probably get suspicious and wonder what's going on. But if you just do normal rolls and keep saying that he soaked everything every time, they might start trying to think up some other way to defeat them other than simply beating on them over and over.
edit: On the called shot thing. Come to think of it, if a margin of 10 is enough for you to knock a pistol out of someone's hand, I don't imagine a 'grapefruit' sized-object would be any more difficult. So yeah, called shot if they know about it, but if they don't, then a margin of 20 beats the bad-guy.

Yeah I was thinking called shot, the object is armored, so they will literally have to crack the shell to get to the essence.
Initially the foe if going to seem pretty indestructible in a T1000 kinda way, so you can slow it down and knock it down, but it just keeps coming/regenerating.
They will meet an ally who has encountered them before and will advise them of the weakness. Or they may come up with some amazing plan to capture one!!

Give the "Nut" its own seperate Hits and Soak from the target. And they need a called shot to hit it. That should be sufficiently difficult.
