Membership perk- super vehicle points

Sorry if this has already been asked & answered, but how many points do you get to build a super vehicle if it comes as a Membership perk? And would the extra points from the science fiction rules (BASH! UE p91) also apply to perk-related vehicles & HQ if you're using that setting?
What I have in mind is a shameless rip-off of Legion of Super-Heroes.

The number of points you get is whatever the Narrator feels is appropriate. It is possible for a low-powered 20 point character to be part of a big enormously powerful organization like SHIELD. As such this person may be able to use a 40 point super vehicle on the organization's business. The Narrator may even grant that the organization allows the member access to different vehicles for different tasks.
The key downside to getting a vehicle by Membership vs. just taking Super Vehicle is that the player doesn't get to design the vehicle (unless the Narrator wants to let them). The Organization (and thus, the Narrator) decides what vehicle to grant, and if they will allow it to be used for the current mission at all. If you take Super Vehicle, you can build the entire vehicle yourself and use it whenever you want for any reason.
The idea for Membership benefits actually was partly inspired by that special rule for team equipment. I realized that there ought to be a lot more options though. So think of the Membership benefits as being an update to those rules. Essentially the team can have whatever equipment the Narrator decides is appropriate if they have "Super Equipment" so force field belts to withstand the vacuum of space, flight rings, and ESP communicator earbuds, etc. are fine.

Thanks.
I don't suppose there's any info for a New Megapolis in the 31st century...

You know, that would be a fun reboot. LSH has been rebooted so many times, it makes my head spin, but an rpg-centric one. Hmmm.
I suppose it all starts with a few random youth from across the galaxy who happen to be on the same flight as a galaxy famous businessman and the several bad goons hired to take him out.

I'm not sure what "LSH" is, but the scenario yuo've just outlined is very intriguing.
