I am thinking of running a DC Legacy campaign for some players and right now I am deciding between DC Heroes (Mayfair), DC Heroes (Green Ronin), a D6 Supers homebrew and BASH!
What's new with BASH? I saw something about partial stats, etc...
What news you guys got for me? What's the current state of the rules looking like?
Oh and hey, long time no see!

Have you gotten the revised BASH: Ultimate Edition? It has rules for Taunts, Intimidation and Tricks. It has new powers like Heightened (which is probably the partial stats you had mentioned), Bouncing, and Changeling. It also expands and clarifies some of the powers (like X-Mastery) and rules (like the Gadgeteer advantage) and Vulnerability (for Weaknesses). Also... IT'S IN COLOUR!
There is also part one of the AWESOME POWERS series. This one deals with elemental powers and adds a number of new advantages, disadvantages, enhancements, limitations, and 3 new powers (Absorption, Imbue and Trample).
There was also a release called CROOK BOOK 1 which gives us a few more Advantages and Disadvantages as well as 10 cool crooks!
P.S. Glad to see you back!

I think you might be able to find some DC character builds over at the Yahoo BASH page (though I believe these would have been for the first edition). These might be helpful for Ultimate Edition conversions!

On other BASH front news, BASHMAN was talking about launching a Kickstarter to fund other AWESOME POWERS instalments (which I think would be a great idea).
Additionally, Megapolis should soon be getting some updates for Ultimate Edition and BASH: LEGENDS OF STEEL sounds like its nearing completion!

since Cubicle 7 and Indie Press Revolution both handle distribution, you should be able to get it at your local game store (or have them order it for you)

But I purchased the Ultimate Edition, so should I get a free upgrade to the PDF? Or is this a whole new edition?

The latest download I have of Ultimate Edition pdf (through RPGNow) has the updates so its avaiable there.
The revised edition no longer says Basic Action Super Heroes: Ultimate Edition. It is just straight-up "BASH! Ultimate Edition" now.
[Did I mention the print book has slick, full colour interior pages?]

Glad this got sorted out for you; I was away at a convention and just noticed this thread; but in general, if anybody buys a PDF and the PDF gets updated, the update is a free download.

Well, I sent out the email using Rpgnow's "send message to customers" tool; but some people don't have the email feature enabled.
