10sq "in mid air" rule?

Several questions about being "in mid air" with Jumping and other movement ability... based on:
From Super Jumping: "A jumping character covers 10 squares of distance per panel in mid air."
and
From normal jump movement: "you move 10 of these squares/page in midair"
#1. If you have a super-human level of Brawn (3 or more), when doing a normal jump movement of 10 or more are you considered "in mid air" like the Jumping power, and restricted to only 10sq per Panel?
#2. Can you "move twice" more then 10sq in mid air or is that the Maximum speed for Jumping (and I am assuming Bouncing)?
If you jump more than 10sq (say 18sq) would you be able to call it "Move Twice (sprint)" and thereby move 10sq EACH Panel of your Page ... so being able to get your full 18sq of being "in mid air" in your single Panel of actions on that Page?
#3. If you have Super Speed 3 or 5, gaining 1 or 2 more Panels in a Page. Can you Jump "in mid air" each time. Doing a "Move Twice" each Panel. Effectively allowing you to move your normal 10sq in mid air = twice on your 1st Panel (20sq), twice again on your 2nd Panel (+20sq), and again twice if you have a 3rd Panel (+20sq). For a total of either 40sq (with Super Speed 3) or 60sq (with Super Speed 5)?
#4. I'm a little confused about the specific "in mid air" rule and the more general "Reach Top Speed with a movement category power" normal Priority rule. Super Jumping is a Movement category power, do you ignore the 10sq in mid air limit if you choose to "Reach Top Speed" for your Panel. Or does the more specific rule of "in mid air" TRUMP the general Priority rule option?
#5. Do any other Movement category powers fall under the "in mid air" rule? I would assume that ONLY Super Jumping uses that rule, since it's "non-powered" zipping through mid air - as opposed to Flight or Running. But what about Gliding or a Bounce movement? Would Gliding be considered "powered" like Flight since you've climbed and fallen using fall momentum? Would a Bounce be considered "in mid air" or more like Flight because of your momentum as a form of powered movement?
Should Jumping and Bouncing have a "normal" max movement of 10 squares a Page, because they only cost 1 point (opposed to Flying that costs more).
