Is an Interrupt Action a full panel?

Does taking an "Interrupt Action" (via Quick-Thinking or a HeroDie) give your hero a FULL PANEL to act (meaning - your normal Panel 2 actions such as a move action + an attack action, etc...)?

OR
Do you only get ONE "action" of a Panel - such as an attack OR a move (but not both)?

AND
(depending on EITHER of the above)... When making an Interrupt Action is it effectively your Panel for that Page?
OR Would I get the single Interrupt Action (whenever I choose to interrupt) and then also get my normal full Panel when my Priority comes up?

Also... Does taking an Interrupt Action CHANGE your Priority order for future Pages?

And lastly... Several powers are (or can be taken with) "Concentration", which requires you to use this power (ie. take your Panel actions) at the END of the Page. Can you interrupt to use a Concentration power - such as interrupting to turn on a Force Field to protect an innocent. Would you need to "take the hit"?

The only clarification I could find for an "Interrupt Action" is in the "HOLD OFF" action for a Panel that states:

"If you are holding off to do something in a certain situation, when that situation comes up, you may interrupt the action by taking your panel."

Does this mean an Interrupt allows you to "TAKE YOUR PANEL", as in a full panel of normal actions?

For Example:
Could a Hero spend a Hero Die (or use Quick-Thinking) to make an Interrupt Action to:

- If a hero is 5sq away and sees an innocent child is in danger, can he use one "move action" to Fly to the child then use his second "move action" (from a normal Panel) to telekinetically move the child away out of danger?

- or could the hero fly in to "take the hit" for the child, then with his other (normal Panel) action lash out with his TK and attack the villain?

You can "move" and take an action if it is vital to the interrupt. I.E. dive in front of the blast that is meant for a team-mate to interrupt the attack. Yes, that is what it is for.

But you are not entitled to a full turn just because; so you can't interrupt an action to turn on your force-field, then fly away. That's not in the spirit of what the rule was made for.
----
Interrupt actions *do not* use up your panel; it is a free additional action.

It does not change your priority.
--------
Yes; you can interrupt to use a Concentration power like a Force Field; it is an exception to the rule. Note that Interrupts are generally defensive in nature, and the Narrator is free to disallow what seem to be abuses of the rules, such as someone using an "Interrupt" action to instantly use Summoning for no other reason than to circumvent the Concentration requirement.
--------
Interupt Actions should not be used to attack; but they can be used to "counter" powers. So if a badguy is blasting a fire-beam, you can use your ice-beam to counter it, but not to shoot the badguy with an interrupt. At least, that's what I allow at my table.

I want to clarify one last time please...

The wording & then rules for "Interrupt Action" is:
"You are always ready to react to danger. Once per issue, you can perform an interrupt action without having to spend a Hero Die."
Meaning, as you noted:
- You can ONLY ever "react" to danger.
Which is either to do a [Move Action + "Take the Hit"] to protect/help people.
- Or do a [Move Action + a 2nd non-attack Action, such as another Move Action or activating a power, if it makes sense to have time to do in the Interrupt Action time.]
- Or (as an exception) activate Force Field, which normally has the Concentration forcing your to act at the END of the Page.

Technically a character should have ONLY been able to:
- Move then Take the Hit & any other minor action (a skill or a power activation)
- Move twice (sprint)
- Reach Top Speed with a movement category power
- Use a skill.

But with your note on Force Field.
Would that mean ANY power with Concentration be able to be activated and used (like Force Field) AS LONG AS it was a defensive action?
In the spirit of heroically helping someone/thing?

Also.
What about Interrupting to HEAL? Normally that's like an Attack action.
Can you Heal yourself in the same Panel you Attack (if you have an extra Panel of actions)? (which, to me, doesn't seem in the spirit of the rule completely - but you are "helping" yourself by Healing so that you won't be KO'd and not be there next round to help others or defeat the villain... so I'm unsure)

or, if not...
Can you Heal someone ELSE and attack? (which seems to be more in the spirit of the rule)

No. Healing is specifically not allowed to be used if you take additional actions.
