Weapon Technique for ALL WEAPONS--cost?

Greetings Bashman! Can you (or anyone else) tell me, what does it cost to buy Weapon Technique for all weapons? Is this basially a +2 enhancement?

Here's the power in question:

Weapon Technique, 2 levels, variable, all weapons.

What is the cost?

My take: it costs 5 points: 2 for the two levels, 1 for variable, and 2 more for all weapons.

Can you confirm or correct? Your guidance is greatly appreciated!!!
