Basic Action Super Heroes!

Hi Gents,

Quick question, if I create an Ice wall (Force Field 2), as it requires concentration, is that the only action I can take each panel is to sustatin the wall?

Or is it just the first panel, when I summon the wall I have to use the concentrate action and then after that I can do other stuff and the wall will still remain up?

It is the second case. You don't have to concentrate just to maintain the wall; just to create it.
