Basic Action Super Heroes!

Let's say I am making a character who is The Ultimate Telekinetic. Obviously start with Telekinesis 5 and a few powers like Push or Special Attack.
But what about Range? I have this idea that she can use her power from a Line of Sight distance, and even through live cameras. In short, if she can sense it, she can move it. (The camera thing can be avoided by something as simple as a 1 second delay, which would throw her off.) Is this possible with the rules-as-written?

You could give it a really long range, with the limitation "sensed targets only" perhaps?

Again! I keep forgetting to reference the Cosmic Powers! Oh how I wishe these had been included as a power group within the Powers chapter.
