Basic Action Super Heroes!

I hope this has not been discussed yet: do you allow heroes to add their Martial Arts Defensive Style Bonus to Defense when defending against close combat Special Attacks?

So would a martial artist would defend better against wolverine?

I allow Defensive martial Arts to come in to play anytime a Hand to Hand attack goes against Defense.

It just makes sense that Bruce Lee [or Shang Chi, if you prefer] will have a better chance to get out of Wolverine's way than a person who is no martial artist.
