Sorry if this has be asked before (did a search, but couldn't find anything)
Theres the handy dandy size guid for super vehicles. How big is a base. If a PC wants an island as base as compared to a mansion, is there some rule for how big a base can be. Or is it all up to sweet little ol' me?
