help need with build a power

so a space traveling hero would need

1 resistance radiation and cold
1 immunity suffocation

that's not too much to pay even at 30 pts

One more question about this power.

Repulse Chest Blast: Special Attack 4 LINKED Push 4 (+4 DM [x11 Dmg],

How would the knockback be calculated? Would both the Special Attack and Push be added or would the Push be the only power used?

I'd roll "Damage" once, using the same dice roll to count as the Damage of the Special Attack and as the KB of the Push. Use whichever is greater (I would imagine Push would be greater).
