Thats a question I just asked myself as one of our players made a character that can transform himself in some kind of tornado and has the Push-Power. Could you elaborate why there is a difference in avoiding, say, a (damaging) firestorm blast and a (pushing) whirlwind blast? I do not understand why one is able to dodge out of the damaging blast area to avoid damage copletely or lie flat to avoid at least half of the damage but could not even try to do that when being targeted by a blast power that only pushes you around.BASHMAN wrote:No- all the targets are fully affected, unless they have resistance to knock-back, density increase, growing, etc.
And how would it work with an area damaging power LINKED to an area push power? Could you avoid the damage but not being pushed around?
