All Movement Powers get Top Speed benefit?

Do the movement powers Clinging and Water Walking get the benefit of the "Top Speed for Super Movement Powers" sidebar on page 42? I'm thinking not but wanted to hear someone besides my inner-voice tell me "no".

And would there be any other movement powers that might be handled differently?

For example, I remember Super Jumping only travels a character 10 SQ/panel so does the character in essence reach a top speed of 100mph automatically the panel after launching?

Excellent! As long as there are no other exceptions to this rule I will continue fumbling through my copy of BASH UE. It's like watching a monkey do a math problem.
