Clarification on Ranged Attacks

I've been searching like crazy and cannot find it.

Can someone tell me what Stat is rolled for ranged attacks? I think it's Agility, unless it's power-based (like Special Attack), in which case it's Mind. Is this correct? A line-by-line of what to use when would be great.

page 18 is where the rules are
typically you almost always use agility , unless its mental
that because mind and brawn sometimes do damage and agility never dose. In the case of mental attacks which hit with mind , mind then dose not also effect , the powers effects
