Powers with Tiring (such as Superspeed) can't be used for more than two consecutive pages without pushing. So does that mean it only needs to have one panel in between to be able to resume superspeed without having to push?

i.e Pages 1& 2 , use superspeed.
Page 3, don't use superspeed
Pages 4& 5 use superspeed. etc etc.

Yes- you only need 1 page without using it.
