Hero Points - attack roll to damage roll

in the example Go For Broke p27 Blink uses a hero point to declare the attack roll to also be his damage roll.

I can't for the life of me find that as a way of spending a hero point anywhere else though (as a listed rule for Hero Points).

Is it missing or am I missing the obvious?

It is an ability granted by Attack Weak Point. If he is power stunting that power, he could also use that aspect of it.
