Multi-Powers and Linked Powers

Hey guys,

How do linked powers work in Multi-Powers if one of the linked powers is not from the same category of power as the others?

For example: What if I wanted to add the power
Special Attack 3 (Enhancement: Linked to Daze), 5 pts. to the following Multi-Power?

Attack Multi-Power, 7 Points
*Special Attack 5, [5 Points]
*Immobilize 5 [5 Points]
*Push 5 [5 Points]

Would the slot cost 1 point (because the main power is an attack power), or 2 points (because the Daze is a mental power)?

I'm leaning towards 2 points, but am curious to know what you think.
