B.A.M. #6 needs some intros & articles

I'm in the process of finishing up putting together B.A.M. #6 and it occurs to me, while there is some good content for the "BASH! Forum Presents" character designs there is NO "intro" text. And we only have one actual article (from MrJupiter: "Heroes Unite" about teams).

Each B.A.M. issue has 6-8 articles. I have a few to contribute myself as I layout the magazine, but if you have something you'd like to write up quickly something like 500 word articles would be very helpful.

Looking at the various bits, it seems B.A.M. #6 has a theme of "teams" or "team-up". So... anything having to do with that or leadership, or sidekicks, or mentors, etc... (next issue is supposed to be themed with super HQs, so send those in too!).
Lastly... Each issue of B.A.M. has had a:
"To The Rescue: ..." Article explaining good choices for making a certain archetype characters and also new uses for their power sets.
You can see the article contents of the previous 5 B.A.M. issues here:

If you have something or want to write up a quick idea let me know!

thanks

I am useless at coming up with articles, but if BASHMAN runs an eye through his combat example (and perhaps expands on it) the following would be an awesome addition.

Hey BASHMAN:

Any chance of an Awesome Powers mini-teaser for the true believers?

I'd be happy to use my post http://bashtalk.org/modules.php?name=Fo ... opic&t=961 as a new advantage. I could work it up if you like.

WaylanderPK - I love this idea, especially for a "team" themed issue (like it seems #6 is shaping to be). BASHMAN noted that he just gives villains minions for free... me, personally (and especially being a Narrator that builds NPC-villains just as Players build their PC-Heroes) I actually LOVE having "official" extra choices for Villains (or anti-heroes, perhaps as well?) to pick from! To me (and several players I've gamed with in the past) players actually enjoy *knowing* that their Narrator's characters (NPCs) follow the same "rules" that they did in building their PC-Heroes. So I like having things like that accounted for in the cost as I've built the bad guy.
To me... things that do not add to the combat/action prowess of a villain can (and probably should) be free. Things like needing extra Skill points (Skillful) to make up the more off-panel scenes for a villain. Adding those type extras just inflate the "TRUE" cost of an adversary. BUT, things that add to their prowess... such as having extra Minions is very important to consider in the challenge of an comic issue.

So yeah!! do it up!

I 100% agree. But I'm not sure BASHMAN has time to clean it up.... anyone else wanna clean it up and offer it up for him to edit?

Yes, I can give a teaser for Awesome Powers. Maybe one power suite, with a list of the new Enhancements, Limitations, and Powers that will be included?
