Please find the rest of the Player's section not including the previous posts. As always, questions and comments are very welcome.
Mental malfunction
Please ensure your character’s mental malfunction enables them to volunteer and be a team player for the Defenders.

Origin & description
To ensure that narrators and other players understand your character, please write an origin about 100-words in length. If your character does not have a picture, please also add a three sentence description.

Character maintenance
Since Living Megapolis issues are serial, it is in the best interest of the players to track their character’s progress. Players should track the following things:
• Issues played
• Current and maximum acclaim score
• Current and maximum infamy score
• Total experience received and spent

Character rebuild
To ensure that players can experiment with the BUE rules, characters can be rebuilt after each issue. Remember to update the mental malfunction, origin and description.

Looks pretty good to me.

Will there be any "penalty" for rebuilding? How does it affect Fame or Experience or Hero Points? Or do they all carry over?

No penalty for rebuild. Effectively, Fame and Experience points will be earned by players so will carry over.

Hero Points will recalculate based on the rebuilt character point total.

In past Living campaigns, they evolved into allowing rebuild options. It is the best way to give players the option to explore all of the game mechanics that they want to without penalty.

thanks for the questions and interest.
