Basic Action Super Heroes!

New to BASH and the forums ...but wondering if there should be a "Tools" section where Excel charts, characters sheets, etc. could be placed.

I've seen "tools" in several different sections (General Discussion has an Excel chart, Builds had a character sheet, etc.).

Thought it might be handy to have all those in one place.
