Drawing Programs Used

I'm curious what drawing programs you guys use and why, since there seems to be a good number of artists on this forum.

I've been using Paint.net (stupid name, I know)

Likes:
1) Layering is simple and has loads of options.
2) Very close to MS Paint commands so it was easy for me to dig into when I got started.
3) I really like the various color selecting options.
4) Free!

Dislikes:
1) Limited brush tools without downloading loads of user created plugins (and then hoping I don't pick up a bug).
2) No color burn/dodge feature.
3) I hate the line curve tool the more I use it; it tends to give an angled line more than a smooth curve. Sad when MS Paint has a better curve tool.
4) Anything to do with their forum. There's tons of questions I've had about the program, but the regulars and mods are a bunch of *.

I ink my pencils using manga studio 4.0 which has an excellent array of brush and pen types as well as mechanics for adding speed line effects quite easily.

My coloring is done using photoshop mainly due to the way i use multiply layers and airbrushs to get thing to look the way I want.

I'm looking into trying MS 4.0 to color to save time but so far haven't had the time to try it properly. I think it handles tones and animation style coloring better than the stuff I try to do on photoshop.

Photoshop also offers the ability to create custom brushes that save a lot of time if used correctly, I used one recently to paint a shoal of fish that would have taken ages if done individually.
