Interesting note about scale.

For my latest game, the guidance I gave my players was to create super heroes, absolutely anything they wanted to play, and I would set the campaign level once I received the characters.
What's interesting is with unlimited freedom they all came within 3 character points of each other with the two most expensive just happening to workout to exactly 25 points.
I guess my players are most comfortable with street level.
