BASH! Computer App- your wishlist

Imagine BASH! as a computer program "box set". What things do you want to see in such a program.
A no brainer would be a digital character sheet, where you not only create your character, but play- having it roll dice with a button click, keep track of all your resources, etc.
This should allow custom powers & advantages, disads, etc.
Another would be a combat manager for the Narrator to use, not only to track initiative, but also to deal damage, place effects on characters, etc.
Any combat rules would be searchable with a key stroke.
A dice roller specifically designed for BASH! which will use Hero Dice.
But what else do YOU want to see- either as a Narrator or as a Player?

A scenario generator, for when I'm unprepared. Be cool to have a program that uses the random encounters tables, but puts it all together for you just by hitting a button.

I know this is minor, but could you make the program user friendly/self extracting? Also, it would be nice to have the character sheet be easy to drop character images into.
Also, I second the motion for random encounter tables.

Prebuilt characters to use or modify
When making a module it would be great to be able to pull up a standard police officer, * spy, or whatever.
Or pull up a creature from beyond then make a few tweaks to it.

A Costume creation set up like the City of Heroes one, where we can add the final picture to character sheets...

Looks like all the good wishes are already taken.
I guess I'd go out on a limb and request the application be written so that it can be run on various platforms (e.g. Windows, Mac, Linux).

I think that it is going to be in Java...

The ability to edit the powers themselves, from description to point costs to including whole new powers would be great.

Good point. A feature I've liked in some character generation software (e.g. Metacreator) is the ability to customize either existing items or create new custom ones to use for a character.

All of the above would be very useful. Having the character sheet format match the now familiar BASH style would be a must for me.

That is indeed the plan.

I have to be honest: I'd much rather see Awesome Powers and Megapolis Year 2 come out.

The thing is, the computer app is something that is developed simultaneously by people who are not me. It does not take me away from other projects because I'm not the programmer or designer of it. The other two projects depend on the speed of my own writing (which has become somewhat impaired recently as well as distracted by trying to get the Cubicle 7 thing finished) and artwork commissions that are still being worked on.
The projects are still being worked on, they just take time.

I would love to see One-Click-Characters... just click and get a character (that you could then tweak if need be).
That would just be the bee's knees!

The smily was meant to make sure that I wasn't perceived as being *. You didn't make clear whether development was to be done by your or by someone else. If the latter, then I'm all for the computer app.
