For those using the new Fabrica site, here is a template to help translate the Portugese headings into English. Hope some of you find it useful.

The site has a bunch of new items included. It through me though that sometimes there are not options for items to appear on the right side of the character. This is where the reverse botton in the lower left is handy - just reselect the item again (in B,C, or D), hit a reverse button and reposition as needed (just grab with pointer and drag).

It's fun to combine items or symbols to create new objects. Check out the mask I did for Terminus by layering...

I haven't been able to get the site to work for me. Could the latest Flash upgrade be incompatible with the app?

I'm not too sure about Flash upgrading. I noticed that whenever I openned up the bew Fabrica site I would see that somethng was loading but then nothing appeared. Aftermuch use of Google translators, I found a video that explained what to do.

Here is the link (just scroll down to the English one - it uses subtitles):

Basically, you just select HEAD from the appearance folder. Then click on the "A" tab beside it and then click NEXT (the right pointing triangular arrow) from the CHANGE ITEMS folder. The head will then appear. You will have to do this for each body part and all other items you want to appear.

I hope that helps.

I find it helps to have the template up on another tab in Explorer so that I can just tab over for reference and then tab back to do the work.

Thanks! That worked.

Having Spanish as a primary language helps in translating the menu names, so I find I can usually work out what the words mean, but it was frustrating not seeing anything come up.

Thanks again. :)

The site didn't work for me yesterday. I'll have to try that when I get home.

Addendum: It works!
