Company Name Poll

Hey, I need some help with my company name.

I want to call it Earth Alpha.

But I realize it needs something after it, like "Games" or "Studio" or "Creations" or something I haven't thought of yet.

Vote above or suggest a new one

Oh and for those who were wondering, "Zenith Comics Presents" and "Zenith Comics" are brands I produce under "Earth Alpha".

"Studio" gives you the option to pursue projects outside the realm of rpg's and stuff...

While a good name, it is similar to "Adamant Entertainment" and I don't want that.

So far Earth Alpha Creations is one I feel strongly about.

I think "Games" is somewhat biased, and limits the scope of your company. Whereas "Creations" could mean anything, and feels "wide open".

I would go with Studio or Creations.

I voted for CREATIONS. Though I think that 'studio' would be good as well. Either of those names imply a wider range of publishing options. I like the sound of EARTH ALPHA CREATIONS the most.

I just realized that the poll has ended (sort of weird the boards don't give you a message that says "Your Poll is over") and seems of the 8 people who voted, Earth Alpha Creations was the winner.

It is down to "Earth Alpha Entertainment" and "Earth Alpha Studio" after getting this feedback from Coyote on MSN;

Studio looks okay, and it's got a similar number of letters to the other words making logo creation easy since you can make things look balanced a bit easier. Though entertainment is about the length of both other words, so gives the same option.

Now to make that final choice.

I wasn't saying anything about the names themselves (and certainly not against Creations) - from a strictly design viewpoint it's easier to balance words that are equal length, or where the length of some equal the length of others - doesn't mean it can't be done otherwise, i was just thinking off-the-top-of-my-head design
