BASH! Halloween Adventure Updated + Willow Grove: YEAR 2

Someone asked for a Horror adventure for UE, so I updated the adventure "All Hallow's Eve" to work with BASH! UE. This adventure first appeared in BAM! #1 a few years back.
At the end of the adventure is also some-pregens- the teens from Willow Grove, with a bit of an update to the UE rules, and also to the YEAR 2 Timeline.
