Basic Action Super Heroes!

I put these two adventure pitches together today quickly for my game-gang that's coming over in about an hour (6pm Seattle-time).

Our normal group (D&D4) can't play tonight, so they where interested in trying a BASH! one-shot.
I'm most familiar with the Marvel Universe so I put together two quicky ideas for adventures.

The first is a more "villain" type adventure on a World Class to near Cosmic scale.
The second is closer to a Spider-Man, Street Level idea.

Sidebar: one of my players is a big Teen Titans fan, I am too and I noticed that I can probably stretch my brain to make the villains/set-up I have for this one ready for a Titan's game. Actually, now that I mention it... there's no reason the first idea couldn't be DC-Superman!

The first one seem really neat to me. Although I am a huge Superman fan, so having to try and take down a hero that close in power would be really cool.
