Okay, some comments as I watch this:
Don't like:
Batman's Costume, the weird Armor the Flash was wearing. After watching the whole thing I realized that was "the future" versions, but I didn't care for it.
Evilin from He-Man seems to be one of the villains? Is that supposed to be Circe? It was unclear.
Superman's character class seems to be D&D Barbarian using the rage ability...
The alien ships at the end... looked nothing like Brainiac.
Brainiac being the main villain... has been done... a lot. I wonder if we'll find out that Darkseid is somehow the "real" arch villain... cause that's been done too.
Where's Captain Marvel?

Superman OWNING Black Adam
Love:
Joker voiced by Marc Hamel (as it always should be)
Slade beating Wonder Woman.
The "Crisis on 2 Earths" Similarities except that it is an Evil Luthor from the future approaching the Justice League for help instead of a Good Luthor from an alternate world...

Great video. I enjoyed watching it very much. But it tells me very little about the game itself. 
Then again, it's not like I've been scouring the 'Net for info on the game.
Am I correct in recognizing the animation style as looking like the one in Batman: Arkham Asylum? If the game will use a similar physics engine, that would be cool.
