Finally in the home stretch for ADEL FILE. It's only been about 2 years in the works (having gone through like 6 different revisions). Walt (a.k.a. krow) has finished layout and is now just bookmarking the file and then it should be up on RPGNow and Drivethru RPG under a Pay-What-You-Want model real soon.
So what is it? It is 11 pages of Advantages, Disadvantages, Enhancements, and Limitations as well as 4 sample characters (3 heroes and 1 villain) that feature some of the content.
Art in the book is provided by Ade Smith, Joe Singleton, Paris Alleyne and A_Petruk.
I hope that you guys find it helpful when creating your characters!

Mr. Jupiter really deserves the credit for this. It is a top notch product with LOADS of info and a ton of usability for your BASH UE games. His passion for this game really shows every time he does a conversion or collaborates to put out great products like this.
Regards,
Walt

Thanks guys. BASH is just one of those systems that I just can't get out of my head. It's got the perfect level of versatility and rules crunch for me. My second fav system for superheroing is Supers, which can do pretty much anything that BASH:UE can do AND seems like it might even flow more organically in play; yet I keep coming back to BASH... I think that it seems to fit my brain better (at least for character creation and rules tinkering).

I like both of them too, but BASH just clicks for me.

Sometimes you can get stuck on a character when trying to find just the right advantage or disadvantage to assign to that hero and nothing seems to quite fit. When your cool-headed genius isn’t quite Fearless, is definitely not a Frightening Presence, and doesn’t quite seem the Never Surrender type; it’s nice to have options. “Hey, that Composure trait does seem right up his alley.”
For the curious, here is a list of the character and power tailoring qualities of the ADEL FILE:
Advantages: Composure, Energy Efficient, Energy Reserves, Furtive Movements, Perseverance, Relic (which has an expanded section of its own), and Steward.
Disadvantages: Fatigued, Frail, Headaches, Limited Reserves, Obtrusive, Old Injury, Onerous Change, Pursued, Revolting Development, Short Temper, Unstable Powers, Vertigo, and Voices.
Enhancements: CP Proxy, Inseparable, Mach Speed, Overcharge, Resilient, and Summon.
Limitations: Consuming, Debilitating, Energy Hog, Impairment, Random, and Restrained.
Relic Features: Ageless, Faithful, Great Heft, Inseparable, Luck, Magical/Psionic Conduit, Mundane Guise, Purpose-Driven, Reactive, Reconfigure Powers, Reinforced Vitality, Secure, Sentience, Summon, Transposable Form, Versatile, and Wield Remotely.
Relic Flaws: Abatement, Blood Toll, Cursed, Disputed Property, Dominating Persona, Dormant, Dreadful Aura, Duty Clause, Life Bound, Hidden Powers, Interdict Clause, Mundane Construction, Must Be Worthy, Only in Defense, Priceless (yes, this is a flaw), Separation Pain, Susceptibility, Tribute, Uncontrollable Powers, and Unwieldy.
