Hey there, Folks!

So I am currently helping to run a kickstarter for the Super Villain Handbook, for Fainting Goat Games. I have received several messages from BASH fans asking if we are interested in doing a conversion.

So... TO BASH... OR NOT TO BASH? As a long time BASH fan (Yeah I know i have that other thing... doesn't mean i can't play other games...), I would love to see this happen.

Here is the link to the page. http://tinyurl.com/nmxku4j The video has the best explanation of the project.

Vote in the pole and let us know if this is something that you are into.

Regards,
Walt

This is a great product idea. I like that it builds archetypes around their function in the game rather than their set of powers.

The stretch goals are great as well:
- 40 uniquely fleshed-out villain characters based upon each archetype.
- campaign information for all things super villain (including players as villains).
- a collective YOUverse setting that includes the book's villains as well as those by high-level pledgers.

I'm looking forward to this book (preferably in SUPERS or BASH formats).

Keep spreading the word. The more votes we get the more likely we are to see this as a BASH release!

Have already backed SVH and would love to see a BASH conversion rather than Icons or Fate Core. Can the backer choose the conversion, as occurred in Extreme Earth? Was there a general conversion document used in Extreme Earth between Supers! and BASH.

I'm hoping to score a BASH print version of the Super Villain Handbook (or one for SUPERS since that's my second-favourite-est superhero rpg).

As for Brazil2020's Extreme Earth question: All converters for the setting had a group discussion with the creators regarding what their goals were and we were left to try and interpret them as best we could to each respective game system. Jon Gibbons and Joe Bardales really wanted to make sure that Extreme Earth was a grittier setting, without over-the-top super powers. That discussion, along with many, many emails helped to keep each game-version pretty close to their original ideal.

WE are currently funded for ICONS, BASH, and now Fate Core. Track folks down on the Super Villain Handbook Facebook page and ask for a BASH UE edition as well as keeping folks clicking this poll.

Walt, I don't see anything about a BASH! edition on the Kickstarter page. Is it a done deal?

That was my bad, Sir. I misspoke. I would love to do a BASH version but we need more than 13 votes to make it viable.

Is there at least a link to this poll somewhere on the Kickstarter page? I imagine there may be some BASH! players out there who don't frequent these forums.

Yes... the link to come here and vote is in one of the updates. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/41 ... ts/1195950

We would love to see a BASH edition as we are all fans of the game.

I just noticed that a BASH! UE conversion pack has been added as one of the stretch goals. The target for this is $5,900. As of this post, the total pledged is up to $4,438 with 8 days left!

Come on guys, let's do this!
