New BASH! RPG Facebook "Group" Created

We've set up a new Facebook Group "BASH! RPG System". It is open to anybody who is interested. This might be especially good for those of you who've been frustrated at not receiving updates from Basic Action Games on Facebook. Not only will this be a place to post some BASH! Specific announcements, it is also a place for BASH! gamers to ask questions, share ideas, and have discussions about the game themselves.

Why create a "Group" when we already have a Facebook Page? Well in part it is because Facebook randomly hides Facebook posts from company pages from their followers. Only a fraction of those who have "Liked" our page get to see updates from it (unless we pay Facebook money for the privilege of showing people updates they've already told us they want to see).

Groups show every member of the group every post, so it is much easier to see updates.

In addition, groups allow the members to make posts, share, and direct conversations themselves rather than simply being a company mouthpiece. Though for more organized conversations categorized by topic, this forum is still the best place around

Have you also considered a G+ group? Many gamers tend to use G+ over Facebook, so while there might be some overlap, you might also have others not using FB as much discussing the game

Too bad there wasn't an app or alternative website portal that could allow you to manage both pages in one single application. That would make it so much easier to keep up with both.
